This easy Big Mac bowl combines seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, fresh greens, roasted potatoes and peppers with a creamy homemade burger sauce.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and ground beef and cook until the beef is fully cooked and the onion has softened. Add your preferred seasoning and cook for a few more minutes.
- Place the cheddar cheese over the hot cooked beef and let it soften and melt from the heat before assembling the bowl.
- Combine the chopped pickles, finely chopped onion, ketchup, light mayonnaise or yogurt, mustard and a little pickle juice. Mix until creamy, adding more pickle juice if needed to adjust the consistency.
- Add the fresh greens to a serving bowl, then arrange the oven-baked potatoes and roasted peppers around the bowl. Spoon the hot ground beef and melted cheddar over the greens.
- Drizzle the homemade burger sauce generously over the beef, potatoes, peppers and greens. Serve the Big Mac bowl immediately while the beef and cheese are still warm.
