Chocolate Banana Cup Ice Cream
This easy Chocolate Banana Cup Ice Cream combines a creamy banana, yogurt, and honey filling with a rich milk chocolate shell and crunchy pistachios. Made without an ice cream machine, it's a fun homemade frozen dessert with just five ingredients.

- Peel the bananas and mash them thoroughly with a fork until soft and creamy.
- Add the yogurt and honey to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined. Set the filling aside while you prepare the chocolate cup.
- Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler until completely smooth.
- Pour most of the melted chocolate into a plastic cup, turning the cup as needed so the chocolate coats the inside.
- Place the chocolate-coated cup in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or until the chocolate has firmed enough to form a shell.
- Spoon the banana, yogurt, and honey mixture into the hardened chocolate shell.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the banana filling and sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top.
- Transfer the cup to the freezer and freeze for a few hours until the filling is firm.
- Carefully peel the plastic cup away from the frozen chocolate shell. Serve immediately.
