Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the peeled garlic cloves in a small ovenproof dish. Add the olive oil, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds, then mix until the garlic is coated.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until the garlic cloves are soft and lightly golden. Keep an eye on them toward the end so they don't burn.
- Remove the roasted garlic from the oven. Mash the softened cloves with the room-temperature butter and salt. Stir in the finely chopped parsley until everything is well combined.
- Cut the bread into manageable pieces. Spread the roasted garlic butter generously over each piece, covering the surface evenly.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of grated fresh kaşar cheese over the garlic-coated bread.
- Return the prepared bread to the 200°C (400°F) oven. Bake for approximately 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the top is golden and bubbling. Adjust the time as needed for your oven and bread thickness.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it rest briefly. Serve while the cheese is still warm and stretchy, with the crisp edges and soft garlic-herb center at their best.
