Turkish Ramadan Pide Bread

👩🍳 How to Make Ramadan Pide

Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water (around 42–43°C) and let it activate for 10–15 minutes.

Add the mixture to flour and knead into a dough.

Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Add salt and knead again, then let it rise for about 1 hour.

Gently stretch the dough using olive oil.

Prepare the glaze by mixing flour, boiling water, and cold water.

Spread the glaze over the dough.
