Easy Beyti Kebab (Oven-Baked Ground Beef Wraps)
This easy Beyti kebab is made with seasoned ground beef rolled inside lavash, sliced into bite-sized pieces, and baked until golden, then served with creamy yogurt and a rich tomato butter sauce.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Add the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika to a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the seasonings and aromatics are evenly distributed throughout the ground beef.
- Lay a lavash bread flat and spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned ground beef mixture over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the lavash tightly into a log, keeping the meat filling evenly distributed as you roll.
- Cut each filled lavash roll into bite-sized pieces of similar thickness so they bake evenly.
- Carefully thread the sliced Beyti pieces onto skewers, keeping them close together without compressing them too tightly.
- Arrange the skewers on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25–30 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and the lavash is golden.
- Prepare the Tomato Butter Sauce
- Spread or spoon yogurt onto a serving plate and arrange the hot Beyti kebab pieces over the yogurt.
- Spoon the warm tomato butter sauce generously over the baked Beyti kebab and serve immediately.
