Leopard Crepes
These fun leopard crepes turn a simple homemade crepe batter into an eye-catching breakfast with a playful cocoa pattern. They’re soft, easy to customize and surprisingly simple to make.

Ingredients
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, milk, water, flour and sunflower oil together until the batter is smooth.
- Divide the batter into three portions. Keep the main portion plain. Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa powder into a small portion for the dark pattern and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder into a slightly larger portion for the lighter spots.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Use the lighter cocoa batter to make small, irregular spots across the pan, then outline and add details to the spots with the darker cocoa batter.
- Once the leopard pattern begins to set, pour enough plain batter over it to cover the surface of the pan in a thin, even layer.
- Cook until the crepe is set, then flip and cook briefly on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve the crepes warm with your favorite fillings or toppings.
